Returns and refunds
All returns require a Return Authorization.

-Return requests are only accepted within 5 business days of receipt.
-All items must be in; unworn, unused condition and in the original packaging.
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser; tracking is recommended.
-Customer must send the return within 30 days of receipt.
-All Custom orders are final sales; however, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 3 business days of receipt.
All the above criteria must be met for the refund to be approved and issued. Refunds are issued within 2 business days after the return has been received. Please allow 2-10 business days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.
